STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
6 chops, 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick
1 1/2 c. bread cubes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped apple
2 oz. cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. raisins
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Have pocket cut in chops - salt and pepper inside of pocket. Toss bread, apple, onion, cheese, and raisins. Combine butter, juice, and cinnamon. Pour over mixture of bread, etc., stuff chops, place in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/4 hours. Cover lightly with foil, bake 15 minutes longer.
