CHICKEN BREAST PARMESAN 
2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
10 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
1/2 c. butter, melted

Mix first 5 ingredients. Dip chicken breast in melted butter, coating well. Dip in bread crumb mixture. Pack heavily on breast. Place flat in roasting pan lined with foil. Do not overlap.

Drizzle rest of butter over breast. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, uncovered. I often substitute crushed Ritz crackers for bread crumbs.
