LEMON PIE 
18 graham cracker squares
6 tbsp. butter
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 sm. carton Cool Whip

Put crackers in gallon size plastic Ziploc bag; crush, add butter and knead until mixed. Line pan with cracker mixture. Using the same bag, mix Eagle Brand and lemon juice until consistency of pudding. Add Cool Whip and mix. Pour into pie pan. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
