BAKED PINEAPPLE 
1 lg. can chunk pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. pineapple juice
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Drain pineapple; reserve juice. Place pineapple in loaf pan. Mix sugar and flour together and then mix with pineapple. Add 3 tablespoons pineapple juice. Add cheese. Mix melted butter with cracker crumbs and sprinkle over top. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm.
