CHEESE MUSHROOM PIE | |
4 tbsp. butter 3 (4 oz.) canned mushrooms 1 sm. onion 1/3 c. flour 1 lb. 3 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded 10 eggs 1 1/3 c. evaporated milk 1 3/4 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. Accent 2 unbaked pie shells Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Add flour and mix until smooth. Combine all ingredients. Pour 1/2 of mixture into each unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cool for 5 minutes before cutting. |
