PAPA'S POPOVERS 
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease popover cups with Pam.

2. With a rotary beater, beat eggs well, blend in milk. Add all-purpose flour and salt, then beat mixture just until smooth. DO NOT OVER BEAT!

3. Pour 1/3 cup of mixture in each prepared cup.

4. Total baking time is 45 to 50 minutes. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 400 degrees, reduce to 350 degrees for next 15 minutes. About 2 minutes before popovers are done, puncture the tops with a toothpick to release steam. Makes 6.
