Good Luck with this recipe. You can not find Roka Cheese - Kraft stopped making. If you can find by some miracle, this is the best cheeseball ever.

Roka Blue cheese is still available, although hard to find. You may use this recipe with real Roka cheese instead. There are recipes of how make your own Roka Blue cheese spread on line. I tried it and it is still my favorite cheese ball ever.
