BROCCOLI SALAD 
Salad:

1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 small red onion
8 slices crisp bacon

Sauce:

1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar

Sauce: Mix all together in small bowl.

Cut broccoli into bite size pieces, including the stem. Dice onion. Cook bacon until crisp, then crumble. Add onion to broccoli about 1/2 hour before serving. Just before serving, add bacon and pour sauce over salad, then toss and serve.
