FRIED RAISIN PIE 
Raisins
Water
Pinch salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. plain flour
Canned biscuits
Shortening

Boil raisins, put enough water on raisins to cover. Let boil 15 minutes or until done; set aside.

Add pinch salt, then sugar, and flour. Mix real good and add to raisins and stir until smooth; set aside to cool.

Roll out biscuits real thin to size of saucer. Add raisins and fold over and fry in shortening, enough shortening to fry good.
