2 hard-boiled eggs, grated
2 med. zucchini, grated
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 c. grated cheese
Seasonings: garlic salt, salt, pepper, dill weed

Mix the ingredients and add seasonings to taste. Serve with oil and vinegar or other dressing.
