WINE CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 tsp. nutmeg 4 eggs 3/4 c. white wine 3/4 c. oil Beat all ingredients well for 5 minutes until batter is very smooth. Grease a bundt or tube pan and flour. Pour batter and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cake cool for 5 minute sin upright position. Remove from pan and dust with powdered sugar. Best when allowed to mellow for a day or two before serving. DO NOT refrigerate at any time. |
