HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. bananas, chopped

Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl; add beaten eggs and salad oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not beat. Stir in vanilla, partially drained pineapple and bananas. Spoon batter in greased and floured tube cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees until cake tests done. Cool in pan 10 minutes and remove. May frost with a cream cheese frosting. I do not however.
