HASH 
1 lb. stew meat, boneless
1 lb. lean pork (cut in sm. chunks)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. red pepper
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 sm. bottle Worcestershire sauce
2 med. onions, chopped
2 pieces chicken (optional)

Combine ingredients. Cook over low heat 3-4 hours or until all liquid is absorbed. Stir occasionally last hour of cooking.
