4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can Carnation evaporated milk
1 stick butter
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
1 pkgs. miniature marshmallows
2 tsp. vanilla
Chopped walnuts

Combine sugar, Carnation, and butter. Bring to full, rolling boil and boil 8 minutes, stirring often. Mix other ingredients. Combine with boiled mixture. Stir. Spoon on wax paper.
