CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crabmeat
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. half and half cream
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
3 c. bread, crumbled
1 onion, chopped and saute in butter

Combine ingredients in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover with buttered bread crumbs for last 5 minutes of baking.

This can be put together day before and put into casserole. Just pull out and bake. Better to let set a few minutes after cooking before serving.
