CHILI RELLENOS QUICHE 
3 (6 or 7 inch) flour tortillas
1 1/2 c. vegeburger
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (4 oz.) cans whole green chilies, drained
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Several dashes Tabasco sauce

Brown burger and onion, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place 1 tortilla in bottom of 9 inch pie dish. Cut remaining tortillas in half and arrange in petal fashion around edges of dish overlapping to cover bottom and sides. Tortillas will stand above edge. Cut chilies in half, remove seeds. Place half the chilies in the bottom of the pie dish. Sprinkle with cheese and top with burger mixture. Arrange remaining chilies over burger. Combine eggs, milk, flour, salt, Tabasco sauce, black pepper and beat until smooth. Pour over chilies. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
