CHEESY MIXED VEGETABLES 
20 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked
1 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper

TOPPING:

2 c. bite-size Cheddar cheese crackers, crushed
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients into casserole dish. Melt topping butter in saucepan. Add cheese; when completely mixed together, add crushed crackers and mix. Spread on top of casserole and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
