PEA SALAD 
10 oz. fresh or frozen peas
1 c. diced celery
1 c. cauliflower flowerettes, chopped
1/4 c. sliced green onions
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 c. chopped cashews or macadamia nuts or sun flower seeds
1/4 c. crumbled bacon
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. Ranch dressing
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Sm. clove garlic, minced

Rinse peas in hot water (or steam, if fresh); drain. Combine vegetables, nuts, and bacon. Mix sour cream, dressing, mustard, and garlic. Pour over salad. Toss gently. Chill.
