NOODLES 
6 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 capfuls vinegar
5 c. all purpose flour
Yellow cake coloring (about 1/2 c.)

Beat eggs in bowl. Add the butter, vinegar and cake coloring. Add the flour. Knead a little bit. Divide into 6 balls. Roll out thin. Dry for 30 to 60 minutes. Cut and dry.

I like to add a drop or two of yellow cake coloring to the broth before adding the noodles.

This recipe can be cut in half but I like to put the extra noodles in the freezer.
