OATMEAL CHEWIES 
3 c. rolled oats
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. water
1 c. sorghum
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soy flour
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. salt
Sprinkle cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil the cookie sheet. Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl. Blend together the liquid ingredients in another bowl. Add the dry mixture. Mix. Drop the batter by teaspoonful onto the cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
