3 1/2 c. oats 1 3/4 c. whole wheat pastry flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/3 c. soy milk 5 to 6 dates 3/4 c. molasses (or) sorghum 3/4 c. honey 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. raisins 1/4 tsp. salt Sprinkle of cinnamon 2 bananas Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil a cookie sheet. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Blend and mix soy milk, dates and bananas until smooth. Then put into bowl with liquid ingredients. Blend all other liquid ingredients together then place all dry ingredients in another bowl. When both bowls are mixed combined them together. Drop the batter by the teaspoonful onto the cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. |
