CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
2 lb. cauliflower
1 pkg. stuffing, prepare as directed
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French fried onions

Butter baking dish. Put in layers of cauliflower, cheese, stuffings, and onions 3 times. Thin soup with 1/2 can of water and pour over top. Punch holes so the soup drains through. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
