ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. or 1 lg. box orange Jello
1 c. hot water
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 box instant lemon pudding
1 c. milk

Strain all juice from fruit. Mix Jello and water first. Add fruit and orange juice. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate like regular Jello.

TOPPING: Mix all 3 ingredients together well. Spread on top of gelled Jello. Chill.
