OLD VANILLA MILKSHAKE 
This makes a fantastic and healthy smoothie.

1 cup yogurt (of any kind and flavor)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 banana
some strawberries

Combine all of the ingredients and mix well (blender recommended). Makes 1-2 cups. Enjoy!
