MOIST AND MINTY BROWNIES 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. water
1 1/2 c. mint chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt; set aside. In small saucepan combine sugar, butter and water. Bring just to boil; remove from heat. Add 1 cup chips and vanilla stirring until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Transfer to large mixer bowl. Stir in flour mixture and remaining chips. Spread into greased 9 x 12 inch baking pan. Bake 25 to 35 minutes until center is set.
