BETTY SALAD 
Place in a large salad bowl, freshly washed and torn into bite-size pieces, 1 head of iceberg lettuce and 1 pound of spinach. Add 2 sliced hard boiled eggs and 1/2 pound of bean sprouts. Toss with the following dressing.

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion

Blend together. After tossing salad, garnish with crumbled bacon and/or sunflower seeds and another sliced hard-boiled egg.
