CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 c. chicken broth
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Escort crackers

Boil chicken breast, cut in bite size pieces. Blend together sour cream, chicken stock and soup. Crush crackers. Mix melted butter into crackers. Line casserole dish with 1/2 cracker mix, then place chicken, then pour soup mixture over chicken and put rest of cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350 or 375 degrees until bubbly hot, 30 to 45 minutes.
