STUFFED PUMPKIN 
1 sm. pumpkin
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Saute onion in butter. Remove and saute meat in same pan until brown. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Add onions and seasonings. Remove from heat. Wash pumpkin and slice off top (this will serve as lid). Scoop seeds out and fill hollow pumpkin with meat mixture. Cover with pumpkin top. Place on rack in shallow pan with small amount of water. bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until pumpkin is soft. Serve on platter garnished with greens.
