ERIC'S EDIBLE EGGS 
1 tbsp. butter
4 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chopped chives

Place butter in 9 inch pie pan. Microwave on roast 1/2 minute or until melted. beat eggs. Beat in flour until smooth. Stir remaining ingredients.

Pour into pie plate and cover. Microwave on roast. 5 minutes (turn once during time). Stir and cook 3-4 more minutes. Stand, covered, 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
