CINNAMON CHICKEN 
3 whole frying chicken breasts, split
5 tbsp. soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Double last 3 ingredients if cooking chicken without the skin.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate several hours, turning once or twice.

Arrange chicken skin side up in a shallow nonstick (or sprayed) roasting pan. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees, basting frequently. (Check after 45 minutes, it may be done.)
