SPEEDY PEACH PIE 
1 stick butter, melted in 8 x 8 inch casserole
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
3/4 c. milk
1 (No. 2) can peaches (blackberries or blueberries)

Mix dry ingredients. Add milk and beat to a smooth batter. Pour this in casserole. Pour can of fruit, liquid, and all, over this batter (fresh fruit may be used). Bake at 350 degrees until batter, which rises to top, is brown. (Approximately 1 hour.) Serves 6 people.
