SEA SCALLOPS 
1 1/2 tbsp. sesame oil
12 oz. scallops
1/2 c. clam juice
5 garlic cloves
1 c. snow peas, cut diagonally
1 bunch scallions, cut diagonally
6 tsp. soy sauce
Butter to taste

In hot skillet add oil, then scallops. Stir. Add remaining ingredients, butter last. Cook until juice reduces, a few minutes.
