SEAFOOD GRATINEE 
1 lb. bay scallops
1 lb. sm. shrimp
1 1/2 lb. crablegs (approximately 6)
1/2 lb. mushrooms
3/4 c. dry white wine
10 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. lemon juice

SAUCE:

1/2 c. shred cheddar cheese
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 c. cream

Prepare sauce: Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir until bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese, milk, and cream. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute until cheese is melted.

Prepare seafood: Saute mushrooms in 4 tablespoons butter. Add scallops, wine and lemon juice; simmer 3-4 minutes. Add cooked shrimp and crab. Fold this mixture into sauce.

Divide into ovenproof serving dishes. Top with bread crumbs and sprinkle each with 2-3 teaspoons melted butter. Bake 20-30 minute at 350 degrees.
