HAM LOAF 
2/3 lb. lean pork, ground
1 1/3 lb. cured ham, ground
1 c. bread crumbs (day old bread)
2/3 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. mustard

Mix well and make into individual loaves. Mix sauce and put over loaves in thumb indentation made in loaves before baking. Bake for 1 1/4 hours at 325 degrees. Put water in bottom of pan so doesn't burn.
