SAUSAGE GRAVY 
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1 patty cooked sausage
Black pepper to taste

Melt butter; add pepper and flour. Cook until very lightly browned. Dissolve bouillon in water, add to flour mixture. Stir until smooth. Add milk; bring to boil. Crumble sausage and add to pan. Lower heat and cook very slowly for five minutes. Makes 1 cup.
