SHOE PEG CORN SALAD 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 can LeSueur peas, drained
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 sm. can pimentos
1 finely chopped green pepper
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 bunch chopped green onions

Boil together sugar, oil, vinegar, water, salt and pepper and cool. Mix peas, corn, pimentos, green pepper, celery and green onions. Pour the boiled mixture over the vegetables. Mix and refrigerate.
