CRANBERRY - WALNUT SAUCE 
4 c. fresh cranberries
1 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
Optional - chopped apples or celery

Combine cranberries and orange juice in saucepan. Cover and cook 6-8 minutes until skins pop. Strain through food mill. Add sugar and mix well. Chill. Add walnuts, raisins, apples and celery as desired.
