MARINATED CARROTS 
2 lbs. carrots, cut up
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
2 radishes, peeled & sliced

Cook until medium crisp.

SAUCE FOR MARINATING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. vinegar
Salt

Bring to a boil, stirring to blend. Pour over carrots. This keeps a long time and is good served hot or cold.
