JUICY JAM 
2 c. sliced or crushed fruit
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. Arrowroot
1 env. unflavored gelatin

Mix everything but fruit. Heat until gelatin and Arrowroot dissolve. Add fruit; bring to boil. Boil 3 minutes. Take off heat. Add enough sweetener to equal 1 cup sugar or to taste. Put in jars. (Lasts about 3 weeks in refrigerator always in freezer.
