APPLE BREAD 
1 c. salad oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. apples, diced
1 c. walnuts

Combine salad oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add apples and walnuts. Bake at 325 degrees in greased pans for 60 minutes. Cool. Turn out. Makes 3 breads.
