HONEY WHOLE WHEAT ROLLS 
4 c. milk, warmed
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. shortening or cooking oil
3/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. dry yeast
2 eggs
9 c. whole wheat flour

Combine milk, water, shortening, honey, salt and eggs in mixer. Add 5 cups whole wheat flour and mix until well blended. Add dry yeast and blend again. Add 4 cups of remaining whole wheat flour and knead 10 minutes. Put dough in large bowl. Cover with kitchen towel until double in bulk. Roll out 1/2 inch thick on floured board. Cut with round cutter. Let rise until double in bulk. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
