CLEO'S PEACH PIE 
1 unbaked deep dish pastry shell
3 c. sliced fresh peaches, peeled
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. heavy cream

Combine sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg. Add peaches and toss lightly. Turn into shell. Pour cream over top. Bake in 400 degree oven for 45 minutes or until firm. Can be frozen, but defrost and then add cream before baking. Has a tendency to boil over.
