QUICK SPOON BREAD | |
1 egg 3/4 c. white cornmeal 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. buttermilk Heat oven to 400 degrees. Beat egg. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into hot 1 quart baking dish with 1 tablespoon butter melted in. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or just until set. |
