MILLION DOLLAR COOKIES | |
6 eggs 1 lb. brown sugar 2 c. white sugar 1/2 tbsp. vanilla 1/2 tbsp. corn syrup 4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks) 1 1/2 lbs. peanut butter (28 oz.) 9 c. oatmeal 1/2 lb. chocolate chips 1/2 lb. M & M's (plain) Mix ingredients in order given. Drop by large tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet and flatten. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Makes about 12 dozen. IDEA: What I do is roll dough into balls, then freeze onto cookie sheets, then when frozen divide into 1 dozen and store in freezer bags. Then when company comes all you need to do is pop 1 dozen or so into the oven and you have hot fresh cookies. NOTE: You must cook these a big longer if they're still frozen. |
