CHOCOLATE GLAZE 
6 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. warm water

Melt chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Remove from heat and stir in corn syrup and water. Blend until smooth. Use immediately. Makes about 1 cup glaze.
