CHOCOLATE ECLAIRS AND GLAZE 
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding or 1 lg.
3 c. milk, mix as directed on box
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 box graham cracker crumbs

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

1/2 box or more confectioners' sugar
1 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1-2 tbsp. hot water
1 tsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Add Cool Whip to pudding mix and milk mixture. Spread a layer of graham cracker crumbs in bottom of pan (13 x 9 inch). Spread 1/4 of pudding mix over this. Alternate crackers and pudding mix, ending with crackers on top.

Glaze: Mix all together and spread on top. Chill and cut in serving pieces.
