PINEAPPLE CARROT SALAD 
2 boxes lemon Jello
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2 carrots, shredded

Prepare lemon Jello, add pineapple and shredded carrots. Stir and place in refrigerator until congealed. Serve on lettuce leaf with salad dressing and grated cheese on top.
