PINEAPPLE RICE SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 c. cooked rice, cooled
12 maraschino cherries, halved
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Combine cream cheese, sugar and mayonnaise until smooth. Add rice, cherries, pineapple, and marshmallows and mix well. Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
