SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 lg. can pineapple tidbits, well drained
4 hot dog buns, grated into crumbs

Layer drained pineapple into buttered baking dish, put grated buns on top.

Beat 3 eggs with 1 1/2 cups of sugar. Add 2 sticks of melted butter to egg and sugar mixture. Pour this over the bread and pineapple. Use a fork to get liquid down between the grated crumbs. Let stand in refrigerator for at least one hour (even overnight). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
