PARTY CHICKEN | |
8 lg, split chicken breasts, boned & skinned 8 slices bacon 1 (4 oz.) pkg. dried beef 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. dairy sour cream Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of bacon. Arrange dried beef in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place chicken on dried beef. Combine soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 275 degrees for 3 hours. Can be assembled ahead, covered and refrigerated. Serves 6 to 8. |
